RedHill Retreat 26-27 November

Why I Love Hosting (and Attending) Retreats

There’s something deeply special that happens when we step away from the daily noise and routine — into a place where the land speaks, our nervous system softens, and time bends.

I love retreats because they offer us what modern life rarely does: uninterrupted space to remember who we are. To rest. To reconnect. To remember.

In these intimate containers, walls fall and (being brave) we can drop the masks. We move our bodies, breathe with intention, speak truths we’ve buried, and witness each other in raw, radiant wholeness. We eat delightfully well, rest gently and return to ‘normal’ life renewed and inspired.

Retreats aren’t escapes — they’re returns and they are profoundly powerful opportunities for recalibration.

They are sacred investments in ourselves.

I believe every woman deserves to feel (and treat) herself this deeply at least once in her life.
